General
Alison’s Acquisitions Limited (“the Company”) is under no obligation to accept any order.
Once accepted, orders may not be cancelled without approval.
Trade Supply
The Company supplies wholesale customers only.
Access to pricing and ordering via the website is restricted to approved account holders.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity under their account.
Pricing
- All prices are in NZD and exclude GST
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Products are supplied in box quantities for best pricing
Where smaller quantities are supplied:
- This is at the Company’s discretion and a surcharge may apply
Product Representation
We take great care to present products accurately. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings
- Variations in tone, size, and finish are inherent to the nature of our products
These are not considered faults.
Stock & Forward Orders
- Out of stock items will be placed on back order unless otherwise advised
- By ordering out-of-stock items, you agree they will be dispatched when available
- Estimated arrival dates are indicative only
Orders
Orders may be placed via the website, email, or through a sales representative.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due on the 20th of the month following dispatch
- New customers may be required to pay prior to dispatch
- Overdue accounts may result in suspension of supply
Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at 5% above the Company’s bank lending rate.
Costs of Recovery
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including legal and collection agency fees.
Default
If the customer becomes insolvent or defaults in payment:
- All outstanding amounts become immediately due
- The Company may cancel or suspend outstanding orders
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Proceeds of Sale
Until payment is complete:
- Goods are held on behalf of the Company
- Proceeds from resale must be applied to the outstanding balance
Recovery of Goods
If payment is not made, the Company reserves the right to recover goods and may enter premises to do so.
Delivery & Risk
- Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch
- Freight is charged unless otherwise agreed
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
The Company is not liable for delays outside its control.
Returns
- Returns require prior approval
- Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Faulty or damaged goods → replacement or credit
- Change of mind → may incur a restocking fee
Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, including images and product descriptions, remains the property of Alison’s Acquisitions and may not be used without permission.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to supply due to events beyond its control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
